Rosann Bloom

Rosann has been with NextEra since 2017, working in NEER on Solar, Wind and Battery Storage, before joining FPLES. She is responsible for responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), creating templates and best-in-class content, as well as pre and post RFP processes. Rosann has been a Proposal Manager for 20-years and has experience working at various companies such as Dewberry and Honeywell. She holds a BS from Northeastern University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
