Avin Sundar

Avin is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience as a subject matter expert on regulatory finance, rate-making, project valuation, and utility level mergers and acquisitions. In his current role, he is responsible for developing pricing and deal structures for the Smart Lighting Program at NIS and NextEra Energy Solutions. Sundar's experience in valuing regulated investments for impacts to ratepayers, pricing power purchase agreements (PPAs), and tariffs, as well as his expertise in utility mergers and acquisitions at FPL, make him a valuable asset to his team.
